Japanese Cultural Activities on the MU Campus

Jeffree with samisenStudents in the Japanese Studies Program at MU also have the opportunity to participate in a range of activities connected to Japan. The Japanese Conversation Club was organized by students from Japan who are studying at MU for the purpose of fostering intercultural communication and assisting American students in their study of Japanese culture and language. The JCC sponsors weekly activities that are open to any students who are interested in Japan.

Beginning in the 2007-2008 academic year, the Japanese Studies Program will host a series of Japanese events and activities including speakers, films performances, and workshops that will showcase Japanese culture for the MU campus community.
